system certification.

of all employees, the company passed the ISO/TS16949 quality
system certification in July 2004.

The production equipments of
our company has developed from 4-5 home made flat sewing machines
into a series of most advanced whole sets of equipments for
manufacturing genuine leather seat covers for cars at home,
including: leather cutting machine, punching machine, Germany
DUEKOPP fully computerized creasing machine, Germany DUEKOPP
fully computerized column type lockstitch machine, Germany
DUEKOPP SAB explosive gap sewing work station, Japanese vertical
computerize sewing machine, over-lock sewing machine , zig-zag
stitching machine, flat sewing machine, home made sewing machine
etc. According to the principle of reasonable match and effective
utilization, the company has organized a Vertical High Speed
Product Line, an Ordinary High Speed Product Line and a Fabric
High Speed Product Lin, thus meeting the production of seat
covers for high, middle and low sedans. Additionally, the
technique has also been improved from single product production
into stream line production, which has largely improved the
operation skills and production efficiency, which improved
from 1-1.5 sets/person/day to 2. 5-3 sets/person/day, and
